Last night LP returned to Mtelus, venue in which she performed on numerous occasions, always with incredible success and last night was no exception. LP conquered souls of everyone and recieved beautiful reviews from her fans – which I’m quoting straight down below. She also added Tokyo Sunrise to the set-list, song from her 2014 ‘Forever For Now’ album. You will find this performance on my Facebook and IGTV.
@tara_mascaraa: “Have you ever been moved to tears by the sheer talent in front of you? Well, most of you won’t be shocked to know that I have. But last night was beyond. LP is a force. Artists like her are literally changing the world by creating art that has the power to touch the lives of the listeners and truly change them forever. Her show last night blew me up, up, up, and away.”
“Never before have I seen a crowd wait in such eager anticipation for an encore. Not a single person left that building until every single light was turned on. And I think we all floated out of there on a cloud of awestruck appreciation. I cried because of the feeling that ran electric through my body when her vocals filled the room like a nuclear bomb.”

“I cried because of the raw and honest emotion that comes out in her lyrics. She once said in an interview, “I feel that I am, for the lack of a better term, a fucking love addict.” And woman, I feel you. Today, tomorrow, every single goddamn day of our lives: only love, only love, only love will save us.”
“If you ever have the chance, do yourself the kindness, and see LP perform live. You’ll never hear a voice like hers. You’ll never experience such uncloaked and wild passion come out of one single person. And if you’re lucky enough to witness it, you’ll be forever changed by it.” Thank you Tara for this beautiful description. Many of LP fans would sign under this with both hands, myself including.
@jessestonecreatchman: “She came out swinging, with style, with swagger, brimming with charisma. The LP concert at Mtelus last night was fresh and intoxicating. Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
