LP and the band finished the tour in Atlanta with a bang. What an awesome show & what an incredible crowd. Despite being thousands of miles away, you could feel the energy. It was a perfect ending to this amazing ride. Last show of LP’s US tour took place at the Center Stage, an icon in the Atlanta Music and Performing Arts Community with capacity 1050, it is the biggest of three stages located at this arts centre. And it was a rad show, no doubt about it. There even were a few tiny surprises during the show.
First one happened when Noah Kahan performed his song titled (??? anyone can help???), when LP with her boys, Elias, Brian, Matt, Joey and either Alex or Mike surpised Noah during his set and sang altogether some final notes of his song. Then was the time for Kat Cunning along with her photographer Emma, Noah Kahan & his musicians to hang ‘Up Against’ LP during her set. I combined snippets of both performances into the one and posted it to Insta, click here. With kind thank you to those who recorded those great moments!
I will start today’s portion of the quotes with my friend’s Maryann (@maryann.az): “#LPdope. LP says she likes to change the chemicals in peoples bodies with a three minute song. She does this for me constantly. She has increased my dopamine with her songs and style; which are breathtaking. I used to reach for cookies; now I reach for LP. 💜 Thank you for your music and your authenticity LP!! I love you. #LPmyDrug #LPdopamine 😙🌵💙.” Maryann provided live feed for the most of LP’s concert. You can still watch it via her Instagram. I posted few of her videos to youtube (here).
And for few more quotes, Jon (@thedailyrockshot): “LP (Laura Pergolizzi) killed it tonight at a sold out Center Stage!” Shannon (@shaninspace): “Finally got to see LP tonight and she is everything ♥️♥️.” Sakshie (@sakshie); “It was fantastic to see LP again, her show is always EPIC. The range of her voice is captivating. ❤.” KAT CUNNING (@katcunningmusic): “For Team Kat Cunning, this has been a life changing experience. Go ahead and insert any random ass line…”
There is a great new interview (& gallery of pics) with LP titled “LP coming in hot to Boulder Theater”, you will find it here. For gallery of pics from Cat’s Cradle go here. I wanted also to thank to all my old & new readers, I can see through the hits on the blog that it is getting to more and more people which makes me really happy. Thank you for that. To all those who helped, contributed, shared pics and let me use those and their quotes – very grateful for that! Few days of rest & blog resumes as LP starts her Russian Tour on the 15th of March!!!
Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
