From Toronto LP and the band travelled to Montreal for another sold out show. While in Canada LP has given lots of interviews. There will be one for 94.7 Hits FM, this one will be posted on Facebook, here. Another one was for Montréal en Lumière. I will post link once it will be online. And one more interview by Marie-Andree Poulin for TVA Nouvelles. Again, it’s not online yet.
There are however two interviews for you to read online, one for the Northern Transmissions this one can be found here. And one for The Hill is Home is here. While in Montreal LP was reunited with some of her friends and got to see Leonard Cohen’s house and his favourite bagel spot. After what seemed like crazy busy day, LP performed at the MTELUS, venue with a capacity of up to 2300!

It was a third time for The Years, Brain’s band to open for LP, along with Kat Cunning. Noah had to be already in NY for the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Despite huge venue I couldn’t find many quotes or pics. But there were some I liked the most. Sara Désilets (@SaraDesilets): “As magical as the first time. Words can’t describe the way you make me feel. You are a total blessing. Thank you so so much. ?.”
@rock_the_cradle_doulas: “What an amazing concert by my favourite artist, the fabulous LP @iamlpofficial!! What a voice!” Kaline (@kalinelakosmopolite): “A real rockstar!! ? Quelle présence sur scène! ❤️.” Erica (@ericamichellev): “Can’t get enough! Love you @iamlpofficial, absolutely blew our minds❤️ Absolutely loved this show! @iamlpofficial you rocked Montreal.”
Tammy (@tammysalzl): “LP – so indescribably amazing.” Bianca (@bianx__): “? gawd I love this woman’s voice ??.” Megan K. Chan (@MoogKChan): “Tonight, @iamlp was fricken brilliant on stage. What a singer. What a musician. What a performer. And what an artist. So beautiful. Worth seeing without a doubt. ?.” Patrick (@patricbl__): “✨. Quel show incroyable!”

Miss G. Baker (@weirdveggan): “Thanks for the beautiful and great and amazing performance you offered to your Quebec’s fans. I had more than a great time, I smiled from the first note you sang to the last one… ? ??? I wish I could have met you to say it to you in person last night. Thank you @iamlp.” Chloe (@closeyres): “#LP in #montreal… ?? Best. Live. Vocal. Performer. EVER witnessed in my LIFE. @iamlpofficial Fireworks ✨ for the ears. Can’t. Compute.”
And a very special comment at a very end of this post! Sévine (@sevinerizkallah): “As a huge #fan of hers I went alone to the show not expecting to go back home knowing more friends than I’d care to count. A 24 years old would have this -yeah I’ll live my #life to the fullest and shit- attitude, but I never imagined that the people who’d teach me how to do so were those incredible #women over 40 years old. Yesterday, I was taught that age was really just a number and all that matters was your heart and soul.”
‘” If you’ve kept those young, you’d stay forever young. (Honestly, none of my “young age group” would’ve stayed in this cold for 8 hours ? So thank you and hats off). Now that’s something. And the way LP appreciates her fans is something else. It’s true I didn’t get the chance to take a picture with her, but I did get to hear her heavenly voice live, and I did get to take her setlist, and I did get to hold her hand twice (since 2 is my lucky number) and I did get her autograph and I did get a hug with her holding my face telling me “it was reallyyy nice to see you out there! See you soon!”. If you say “This is what celebrities tell their fans”.’
“Let me tell you, with their eye contact and their firm warm touch, “this” definitely, means so much to us. To LP, to Kat Cunning, to The Years, to #wonder #women , to February, to last night, to Montreal, to life.” That’s all for now! Tonight LP takes the stage of Brooklyn Steel in New York. There should be many familiar faces in the crowd, including Nicole, girls from LP Italia, also Ilaria & Justine! Have fun!!!
Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
