Yesterday, on 7th October, LP was back at stage, as she took part in Santa Barbara Polo & Wine Festival at Carpinteria, presented by 88.7 KCRW. This festival, was held at the beautiful Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club and combined polo, local wine, and music. LP was one of main artists, she was headlining for Macy Grey who performed at the end of the event.
LP’s set started at 5 pm, and her concert lasted about an hour or so. As for the setlist: the band started with “Other People”, “Strange”, “Tightrope”, “Up Against Me”, “Into The Wild”, “Death Valley”, “Levitator”, “Suspicion”, “Tokyo Sunrise”, “No Witness”, “When We’re High”, “Someday” with “Lost On You” for finale. Yesterday also marked a departure for one member of the band and arrival of new member. I have mentioned it briefly in my latest post, and we have had a confirmation that JD is no longer with the band (at least for now) and LP welcomed new guitarist, John Notto. To JD, we’re gonna miss you but we wish you all the best, and a warm welcome to new member, John – I’m sure you’ll have lots of fun and many amazing experiences.

Denise (@denise_vrant): “Dan and I were so lucky to meet LP yesterday! We flew from Toronto and drove up the coast for three hours.
