On the 18th September at the BMG HQ in Los Angeles, LP and her writing partners have been awarded with special commemorative plaques for 1 billion global streams of “Lost On You” album. Here’s what LP wrote, after reaching this incredible milestone:
So this happened this past week… 1 Billion streams for Lost On You! I am forever thankful to have met Mike Del Rio and Nate Campany, two of the loveliest and most talented humans I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with. Thank you to everyone who helped us realize this milestone and thank you MOST of all to the people who listened . ❤️🙏🏻❤️

And more from Nate Campany:
When we wrote LOST ON YOU, I left the studio thinking it was one of the best songs I’d ever been a part of. Then LP went in and played it for her label, and they dropped her. It really messed with my head. Had me doubting myself, and my taste. It had me wondering if I should even be writing songs. It didn’t make sense to me at all. Today we got plaques for the song, over a billion streams. And it feels amazing to see this song which is so special to me, live and live and live all over the world. Feeling loved today. Feeling thankful.
I must say, it’s incredible and powerful recognition, especially that “Lost On You” – both song and album almost haven’t seen light of day. I also feel very proud seeing my home-country flag and knowing that Poland, and I, myself have been part of this amazing story! Huge congrats to LP, Mike, Nate & everyone else that has been involved in this enormous success.

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
