Just a quick post on recent LP-news. On the 3rd October, there was a quick trip to Seattle, where LP accompanied by her manager Zsuzsa and the band, took part in a Warner Music Group & Amazon “Artist Showcase” event, ft Lindsey Buckingham, Morgan Evans, Brynn Elliott, Bryce Vine & Drax Project. During the event LP has sang songs from the record that is yet to be released (including “Recovery” & “Girls Go Wild”), as well as her biggest hit so far, “Lost On You”. The event took place at Skansonia Ferry Boat and it was probably first of many promo events, that LP will attend in the upcoming weeks, before the release of her next album on the 7.XII.
Since the event was private and only for selected group of people, very little was shared. I couldn’t find any pictures, only few insta-stories. One of those is attached in this post. From Seattle, LP was back in LA, where on the 5th & 6th October, along with her fiancé, attended wedding celebrations of her best friend, and bass-player in her band, Brian Stanley. Yesterday, Brian married his long-time sweetheart – Hanna, in a beautiful ceremony in Malibu, surrounded by family and their closest friends. The bride looked absolutely stunning, I loved her very simple and elegant wedding dress as well as updo, that was done by none other than Lauren herself!
The bride was walked down the aisle by her father, to the sound of LP’s voice! LP serenaded the couple with a song by Tom Petty titled “Wildflowers”. It was a very emotional moment! I wanted to wish Hanna & Brian all what’s best! Lots of love, but also patience and understanding. Life with a touring musician is never easy, but I’m sure you can make it work.
As for LP, this next week, on Wednesday she will be back in Europe, Paris to be exact, where she will have several promo events, including performance at Taratata and on Saturday, along with Mylene Farmer “N’oublie Pas” duet, during Jean-Paul Gaultier show. I am pretty sure more events has been planned for LP (while in Europe), but I guess we will be learning about those ‘on the go’.

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
