Tiny entry on LP’s performance at M6 Music in Paris. It was sort of a private event with possibility to win passes to attend it. And those who won or were invited to that small studio, can consider themselves as lucky ‘bastards’. What a performance and what a relaxed and cool atmosphere. That’s why I SO much prefer LP in a smaller environment, that’s where she can truly shine. It’s just something about the intimate setting that makes her so, so, so much better…. Don’t get me wrong, she’s always amazing, but in a smaller venue with smaller public, there’s that incredible bond and connection.

How lucky was for Amandine to be seated next to LP and to listen to her interview in such a close proximity. Plus kudos to all who attended the event, for their incredible respect during Q & A and during the whole meeting, which resulted in one of the best LP covers ever – ‘Sex on Fire’ by Kings of Leon. Even though she fucked up the lyrics, she was still THE greatest. This was something truly extraordinary, plus afterwards, LP stayed and made sure that each fan could take a pic or to had their album signed by her.

This event reminded me why I fell for LP in the first place, more than two years ago and stayed “faithful” to her and her music. Even though having a blog seems like fun, trust me, it’s a LOT of daily work and research, I do it all by myself, including managing all my socials. So it can take its toll on me. But when I see a performance like that, it makes me wanna keep on going no matter how hard it can be or tiring, because I know it is all worth it. LP deserves THE best coverage I can provide, and that’s why I will keep on doing what I’m doing as best as I can… Plus my readers and their feedback, if not you, it all wouldn’t matter…
Whole performance including interview is up on M6 Music YouTube, click above. And I will keep reminding you, please follow me on my socials for more frequent coverage on LP and her crazy schedule, because there’s a lot of interviews, live sessions and more! You will find me everywhere under LP Blog (iamlp.blog), so it’s easy to remember and find! See you all soon in another blog post entry.
Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
