I am back from Prague, full of emotions, but before I will write about that experience, first I should cover LP’s performance at Pohoda Festival, that took place on the 7th July in Trenčín, Slovakia. Since I was already in Prague on that day I missed most of the action so today’s post will be very brief.
Pohoda is the biggest Slovak music event organized annually. The current venue is Trenčín Airport. The festival features alternative music, rock, pop, dance music, world music, house, techno, drum and bass, hip hop, but also theatre, discussions, chamber music, dance and literature workshops.
LP performed on the final day of the festival, on the main stage (Urpiner Stage), right after Rodriguez, another US artist. As a trivia, LP opened for Rodriguez back in 2014, when he became famous thanks to ‘Searching for Sugar Man’ movie, (for LP’s pic from that year click here).

And few quotes from Pohoda, starting with Maria (@maika_cib): “LP -> one of those concerts that gives you goosebumps ❤ First concert that made it to the Hurts level on my list 6 years and many festivals and concerts later 😊 That voice though…”. Monika (@monikatuzinska): “Her voice is epic!”
Mária (@majkaremis_): “Oh my God you blow my mind 🏳️🌈 One of the best vocals in the entire world❤️ Also happy anniversary @iamlpofficial @laurenruthward 💞.” @vceua: “LP you have my heart ♥ unforgettable 🙌 thank you!” For gallery of pictures from Pohoda click here, here, and also here.
7th July was also a day of LP’s & Lauren Ruth Ward’s 3 year anniversary, congrats girls, all what’s best to You! Lots of love, patience and understanding, as being in a relationship where both people are constantly touring can be challenging, but you make it work!

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
