Very quick post on an equally quick trip to Italy by LP. On one day that was supposed to be off for her, LP instead flew solo to Rome, where she performed ‘Strange’ at Wind Summer Festival. ‘Strange’ is currently a single promoted in Roman radios. First there was a soundcheck and there are very few pics floating around. Quick video of soundcheck is here. Another one by LP Italia is here.
Since LP flew solo, she sung the song from half a playback (for music), and it was a special shorten version of this song. You can listen to the performance here. LP’s vocals were as always impeccable. After performance there was a short interview on stage. When LP was heading back to her car, she stopped to greet her fans (who were singing line from ‘Night Like This’) and sign some autographs. You can view a video of that moment here.
While in Rome LP also got to meet Gianna Nannini, Italian singer-songwriter and pop musician. Among her songs, “Bello e impossibile” (1986) was an international hit in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. You can view their picture by clicking here. that’s all from Italy, LP is already back in Germany as today she is singing at Southside Festival in Neuhausen Ob Eck.
As for me, I will do my best to also cover today post on St Petersburg concert, but I know it will take me a while. Not sure when I will cover today’s festival as tomorrow I’m heading to Oświęcim, where LP will take part in Life Festival. It will be my first concert of LP and I cannot wait. I am crazy excited!! And also very nervous. But I’m sure she will be even better than I ever imagined. While I’m waiting for LP here in Poland, Magic Records released ‘Lost on You’, sung by LP during her first visit to Poland in the Summer 2016. To view the video click here.

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
