Yesterday LP took part in SPF 949 2017 Festival at Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre (located at the foot of the Oceanside Pier) in Oceanside, California. LP’s set started 4.30 pm local time and lasted about 35 minutes. Btw, it’s not the first festival when people are surprised that LP isn’t one of the main stars of the event or that she’s not performing on the main stage. Here’s one of many similar comments, Erin Berin (@ThatsMrLady2You): “LP was Outstanding! Not sure how you can top that! ? #SPF949 can’t believe @iamlp went before Judah and the lion. She should headline every festival from now on”. Next year perhaps?
Prior to her concert, she was interviewed by Alyssa Rose of FM 94.9. When I asked, the radio did promise to put this interview online however it’s not up yet. As a fun trivia, LP and other members of her band brought their dogs with them to festival, that’s why you can spot Orson on the picture from the interview. From what I know National Dog Day is on the 26th of August, but their pets have had their own party yesterday. Perhaps this festival is animal friendly? ?
Since I do not know what songs LP sung yesterday (haven’t seen a pic of the setlist), I will go straight to some of the best comments. They later added: “Still in shock with how good @iamlpofficial was at #SPF949”. In shock & surprised? It’s natural state after LP’s concert ? She is THAT good.

As for today, apart from the concert at El Rey in LA (last one of her US tour!), LP will also perform on the Southwest Sound Stage at the ALT 98.7 Penthouse. The event is from 12pm to 2pm. Performance is at 1pm (that’s 10pm Polish time). There will also be interview, and I have sent few questions, as interviewer (Jake Dill) was kind enough to propose an option of asking LP some question on my behalf. I am not sure if this interview will be live, if I will find out, I will be tweeting the info at @LP_Blog_PL.
