Last night LP has given another incredible performance, this time in Argentina. When she arrived by plane to Buenos Aires, many fans were eager to meet her. We’ve all seen videos and quite scary scenes from the airport. There was a total chaos and things got out of hand. I’m glad LP seemed unfazed by the whole thing, and even felt sorry for her fans, that she couldn’t properly say hi to them.
Explanation courtesy of @cycyca1: “LP Blog what LP in Brazil says it’s true according to what the fans explained. They were all happy there waiting for hours and security thought about taking LP through another exit or door and that’s when the fans started following her. I still believe that the people should have just let her go after seeing this instead of chasing her.”
“Of course I am sorry for the Argentinian fans who didn’t have the chance to have few minutes with our Queen. I don’t know if you know it, Anne, but in this part of the world we call her our Queen – nuestra Reina. :-)” I always say respect above anything else. It’s a shame about the whole airport thing, let’s hope next time, security will be better prepared.
On the day of the concert LP was interviewed by few journalists. One of the interviews was for Billboard Argentina. For now nothing has been shared. There was also so called Meet & Greet for those with VIP experience. The concert took place at Teatro Vorterix (stunning venue!). LP in Argentina was presented by Flow Music Experience, Telecom’s new live show platform.
This platform provides live streaming of selected concerts, exclusively through Cablevision Flow, on channels 600 or 601. LP’s show was streamed and apparently it was brilliant. Few users of the platform are trying to record the show so we could share it, but not sure if this will be possible. So, keep your fingers crossed.
And now, here are the few quotes about LP’s show, that I was able to find. @eldevoracarton: “LP, your music is amazing, thanks for filling my days with your voice and talent.” @lplatinamerica: “I cant find the words to explain how I’m feeling right now!!!! THANK YOU LP, thanks for making this night so special. I hope to see you soon. I LOVE YOU.”
@magalyangelicabeck: “Best day of my life!!!! Thank you LP!!” @monocoroas: “PURO CARISMA!!!” @dokusoteki: “Amazing show, amazing voice, amazing music. Thank you so much for coming to my country, Argentina.” @_acidsmiles_: “So yesterday was amazing. Lp’s voice is even better live and everything was perfect. Thank you for the beautiful night.”
@RodrigoLVazquez: “Well, what you just did LP in the Vortex Theater is worthy of the statement that says: music can save your life. Speechless. Awesome.” He later added: “Sorry to continue with the tremendous show of LP, but the link between “House On Fire” and “Other People”, using a raw version of “Paint It Black” as a bridge was one of the best I’ve heard in my life. And there have been a few…”
Ah, I totally agree!! And one more by @missbollera: “Thanks for this wonderful night LP, you’re so lovely and I hope your hand doesn’t hurt after breaking that tambourine hahahha.” And a tiny bit of trivia, a line from the song “Cuando Calienta El Sol” by Trini López, is in the intro to LP’s shows in Latin America. Thank you to @eile24downtown for providing the title!

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
