Another wild night for LP in South America. Last night she played her very first concert for her Peruvian audience at the Centro de Convenciones Barranco Arena in Lima. For video of LP’s incredible intro from her concert & the very warm welcome by her public, please visit Music Nation on Facebook (here). As always I have also gathered some best quotes about LP’s performance.

Let’s start with quoting @musicnationperu:
“Tonight we’ve experienced one of the best concerts of the year by LP! If they say that the Peruvian public is always cold with their artists, this is one of the cases where we showed that we managed to ‘kill’ for the music. A spectacular show that gave us LP in her first presentation in Lima and with location that was too small for the public, that from very early on was standing in lines and waited for the concert.”
“The singer knew how to thank her public with an outburst of inexhaustible energy, in which Lost on You, Dreamer, Special, Recovery, Strange and more were chanted at full throttle. I’m giving separate points to the staging prepared by @artes_peru who knew how to make this size of a concert. A show that will be impregnated in the minds of the fans and with hope that they will encourage the artist to come back again.”

“Next year LP, you will be again at Latin lands. And Your audience wouldn’t complain about repeating a night like this.” @janabell92: “Thank you baby!!! You are the most humble and wonderful artist I have ever met. I feel so proud of you!” @zurixe: “The way she connected with us in the crowd was incredible, it felt so intimate, so powerful as her voice. Last night couldn’t have been better, thanks LP.”
@jessicamemu: “I remember that night about a year ago, I was listening to KDlang’s songs on YouTube when this song [Lost On You] suddenly appeared. Wow, I stopped to watch carefully, I got goosebumps and I was amazed by such a beautiful voice. That’s how I met LP. From that moment I listened to her songs day and night.”
“Today I could hug her, tell her how wonderful she is 😊 of course she knows it, I sang loudly and I can only say it was a magical night. I love u Laura !!!!” @ruby.krystalkim9: “No words, just grateful to had the chance. LP love you so much.” @alethehobbit: “Because two is better than one, this is my second time in the year meeting LP. Thank you for coming to Peru.”
@abby.arbulu: “LP. You are so beautiful and increíble, thanks for the tips and the beautiful words to see the cover that I did last year – Lost On You- Thank you for being so humble, you are great ♥️ “Oh baby, you sing very good, don’t believe what they say” Thanks!” @itssope163: “LP, I really love u, it was the best concert of my life.”
For video of LP’s incredible ending of her concert in Lima, again visit Music Nation on Facebook (here). Before and after the concert LP was able to meet many of her happy fans. She also posted quite a few Insta-stories, sharing beautiful memories from her time in Lima. Today (12th October) LP has already left Peru for Chile, as tomorrow she is performing at Cúpula Multiespacio in Santiago.

I also wanted to quote words by @paramopresenta, after her performance in Colombia: “For several hours we were witnesses to a devastatingly great show! But, we wanted more… More of LP’s thunderous voice! An angel that doesn’t fear being among us, mortals. Thanks to all who sang, jumped and cheered. What an unforgettable night in Bogota.” Isn’t this beautiful?!
I’m quite jealous of LP’s amazing time in South America, but good jealous. We, Europeans “have had” LP since 2016, so it’s time for us to share her incredible talent with the rest of the world. Perhaps, we can look more “reserved” from the outside, especially looking at all the wild scenes from Latin America, but we’re equally loving and “hungry” of LP’s voice.

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
