LP arrived to Mexico on the 15th March, and was welcomed at the airport by a huge over-excited crowd of Mexican fans. While at the beginning it was all good, soon the situation got out of the control. I think Lauren had a bit of a melt-down, and security had to step in, in order to protect LP. I know it’s easy to lose your mind in LP’s presence, but please remember, she is only human.

Respect above anything else. No pushing, yelling. Though I’ve seen similar scenes in different countries, Poland including. Anyway, next time (if possible) have a few people in charge and organize it a bit different. That way, each person will get a chance to say hi and thank you. And it won’t inlude scaring other people travelling with LP.
Later, after safe departure from the airport, LP got to spend some time with many of her Mexican friends, who shared a lot of insta-stories and pictures. My favourite is the one from @rourquidim story. At the same time, LP’s band got to relax and chill and prepare for the next day madness at Vive Latino Festival.

And on the next day, before her performance at the festival, LP had a ton of different interviews. I will list them all here, with links to pictures, sadly not each interview can be found online. First one for Reactor 105.7 FM, short video can be found here. Pics from interview for Telehit are here, cannot find video. Another one for RMX Radio, pics here. Final one for Los 40 Mexico, interview can be found here.
There might have been even more, but I guess we will find out in due time. Not everyone releases material on the same day, and I saw LP being interviewed at few other pics, however with no additional info at the moment. Finally there was a concert – and what a huge crowd welcomed LP. I think even LP was surprised! Fans were very excited but this time, all the emotions went into singing and dancing!
There was a live feed provided by Vive Latino, however it was blocked for those outside of Mexico. With help from a fellow LP fan, this feed is now up on YouTube – thank you. Today I’m not posting quotes since I couldn’t find many in English langue – which already makes me worried for Russia & Ukraine tours, that will follow aftearwards. But I am attaching few of the Instagram posts with the best shots of LP.
That’s all folks, for now!
Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
