The artists shared the stage for a totally unexpected duets: composed of an established artist and a young talent. The duets performed the great standards of the French and international song, such as those of Charles Aznavour, Johnny Hallyday, Aretha Franklin and more. Programme aired yesterday, on December 22nd at W9 TV.
LP was one of invited guests. She performed two songs, first a cover of “I Want You Back” by The Jackson 5. It was their first national single, released on October 7, 1969 and became the first number-one hit for the band and the Motown label on 31 January 1970. Its main lead vocal was performed by a 11 year old at that time, Michael Jackson.
Next song that LP performed was “Recovery” a single from “Heart To Mouth” album, which is doing quite well on several European charts including Poland & Italy. As for the programme, if you are not in France or have some cable package, you won’t be able to watch it. However with the help of LP’s Official French Fanclub I have posted both performances, including behind the scenes footage, to my Youtube. Hope you will enjoy those!

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
