Yesterday (26th March) LP & her band kicked off European ‘Smoke Em if You Got Em’ Tour, in Stockholm, Sweden. Concert took place in Debaser, it’s a club located at the waterfront, near Hornstull strand.
Btw, ‘smoke em if you got em’ are lyrics taken from LP’s hit song ‘Lost on You’. For those who are not native when it comes to English language, it’s a slang for “do what you want, if you have the means”. This wikipedia article nicely explains origins of this phrase. In LP’s song this phrase means, ‘just do what you want (as it’s all lost anyway)’.

But back to happier notes, thanks to Agnieszka Kalińska we know the setlist. I should add that setlist will be changing depending on the city and place of the concert, as I’m sure LP wants to make this tour memorable and with variety of songs for each and everyone who is lucky to be attending her shows.
LP started her Stockholm concert with ‘Muddy Waters’ to which she played on her wooden tambourine. ‘Muddy Waters’ were followed by ‘Strange’ and very emotional ‘Tightrope’. Then was the time for more upbeat ‘Up against me’ and I think a first time live performance of ‘You want it all’.
Afterwards was the time for ‘Other People’ and a solo performance of ‘Switchblade’ – if I’m not mistaken LP was playing on her uke and was accompanied only by JD on guitar. After this sad & heartbreaking ballad was ‘Death Valley’, so the tone was still low. But soon the mood was lifted as LP sung ‘Levitator’ & ‘Tokyo Sunrise’.
Final three songs were: ‘No Witness’, ‘Someday’ and of course ‘Lost on You’. I should add that during Someday LP came down the stage and joined the crowd – people are always surprised but also extremely happy when she does that. I’m sure that someome will post video of that great moment sooner or later.
And there was also time for encore, during which LP played solo ‘Forever for Now’ and ‘Into the Wild’. Not sure if there was a ‘meet & greet’ after the concert. Videos taken by Polish fan are now on Youtube, at Total Freedom LP fans channel, click here. Many videos were posted on Instagram as well, look for posts tagged #Debaser.
I haven’t seen any official pictures of the concert yet (as in HQ), but some should appear at Stage Photo, click on Bilder to view galleries. And also at Music Stage. I will update links, once the galleries will appear. That’s all at the moment from me.
LP and her band are already in Prague, they took quite an early flight. I hope that they will get to see at least the Old Town & Charles Bridge as it’s a wonderful place to wander around. And to all those who are going to see LP at Roxy – have fun!! Wish I was there with you!

Anna from Poland. I have been a blogger for a long time, but more in a royal field. Since 'meeting' LP through her music and as a person, a lot has changed. If I'm not working on my blog, I work as a teacher. I love to travel, read & dance. I sing & play uke when no one listens. Music was always a big part of my life.
